Exchange Terms and Conditions

After purchasing our products, customers can claim an exchange. For the exchange to take

place, please follow the following instructions:

  1. Please bring the purchase receipt along with you for the exchange.
  2. Products must be in their original condition. exchange within 30 days.
  3. Items should be unused and intact in order to be eligible for exchange.
  4. Exchange is only applicable for size. If the size is unavailable, the client can choose another design for the exchange within a similar or higher price range.
  5. There will be no monetary compensation for the exchange.
  6. Exchange is not available for bags.
  7. Exchange is not applicable on products purchased during the sale.
  8. The customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. LaMode will

not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to the LaMode office.

  1. With order ID details and problems, e-mail us atlamodebdcustomercare@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will confirm the return request and inform you about the pickup. process.

 

Return and repair policies

Our products are packaged with great care and go through a rigorous quality check before they are shipped. If you receive products that have flaws, you can return them or request that the product be repaired.

  1. Repair is free within 90 days of purchase.
  2. If the repair is claimed after 90 days but within 6 months, we will repair the product for you, and certain charges will be applicable.
  3. The customer cannot claim for repair after 6 months.
  4. Customers can get a refund if the seller cannot provide a replacement or if a different product is delivered to the customer.
  5. Customers can return the products that they do not like. In that case, they have to bear the delivery charges.
  6. For returned products, it will take up to 7 days from our end to refund the client.
