La Mode’s mission and vision is largely client-centric. Most clients come to our store after seeing the product online, and we try our best to create a comfortable shopping environment for the client, and try our best to advise them with their best interests in mind. For example, at times, a gorgeous style may not suit the client’s needs or comfort levels properly. In that case, we would advise the client to try something different, even if the other design means that we would earn less. Our policy is to create long lasting and mutually fulfilling relationships with our clients, so that they know that we are always there for them.

Our design process is also equally client-centric. Design is a constant process, keeping in mind the feedback from the clients. We always try to create chic designs that are accessible and easily usable by clients. We take inspirations from international designers in order to keep up with current fashion trends, while keeping in mind that they have to be comfortable and wearable, as well as affordable by our clients. This is one of the main places where La Mode differs from other institutions in the local industry. One other thing that sets us apart is the fact that we always maintain the ethical procedures and try our best to create a sustainable working environment.
